cottages: 35% of the total rate
camping: 35% weekly / $15 per night

| Refunds |
due to the seasonal nature of our business, we regret that refunds cannot be made later than 60 days before your arrival. Prior to 60 days refunds will be made less an admin. fee of $100 wkly or $40 nightly (campsites $50.00 wkly or $10.50 nightly).

| Extra Guests |
The maximum number of guests per cottage is indicated on the rate sheet. In special cases, extra guests may be accepted@$15 per person /night, subject to our approval. Campsite rates are per family (or 4 adults). Extra guest rates are $9.00 per person/night.

| Pets |
We welcome pets but not on beds or furniture. Please bring a blanket or throw if your pet will be on the furniture. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet and we will leave a vacuum cleaner in your cottage to be used at your convenience. There is a fee of $15/night, $75/week per pet. Pets must be kept quiet, picked up after, kept on a leash, and are not allowed on the beach or on the playground.

| Smoking |
We ask guests to smoke on their deck or screened porch and not in the cottage.
|
| Boats/Docking |
Boat&motor renters are charged only for the amount of gas they use. Weekly cottage guests receive a 10% discount on boat rentals & docking.
|
| Check-in |
time is 4 PM, check-out is 10 AM. Campsites check-in and check-out time is noon.
|
| General |
Linens, dishes and kitchen utensils are supplied with each cottage. To assist us with laundry in busy summer months we appreciate guests bringing their own towels.

| Payments |
Visa, Master Card, Amex or cheque. Make cheques payable to Birch Cliff Lodge.
