Booking Your Cottage Stay

In the High Season months of July and August, we currently book on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday ONLY. In the Low Season months of May, June September & October weekend and weekly rentals are available. (2 night minimum for short stays)Upon booking, a deposit is required.

Guests will be emailed an invoice with all your rental details.

Payment of the Booking deposit will secure your booking.

E-Transfer and Credit Cards accepted.

Booking Deposits - 35% due at time of booking.  Remaining balance due 14 days prior to check in. Payment reminders will be sent.

Deposits received will be refunded ONLY if the accommodations are subsequently rented. 

All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee. Deposit will be applied to last day(s) of reservation.

COTTAGES

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00pm

CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:00am


TRAILERS

CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00pm

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00am


Note that rates vary based on the accommodation type and the number of occupants.  Please indicate total number in party at time of booking.  The reservation office will approve any additional guests prior to your arrival. High Season rate applies to Holiday Weekends (3 night minimum)

Confirmed reservations are guaranteed and guests are responsible for the full cost of reservation accommodations unless cancellation of reservation is received 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation. 

 

Rates quoted are  subject to change without notice and do not include H.S.T.  Special packages and promotional rates are mutually exclusive.   

 


 

Other Resort Details
The resort and its facilities are available for the enjoyment and pleasure of our registered guests. For your comfort, we insist that overnight visitors and day guests be registered in advance. Depending on the occupancy of the resort, day and overnight guests may not be permitted to stay on the resort. Additional guests may be charged an additional fee.

Limited docking space is available, please arrange at time of booking.

Guest Responsibilities

Birch Cliff Lodge is not responsible for any recreational opportunities made unavailable due to weather or any circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should be aware that there is wildlife in the area and we are not responsible for any inconvenience as a result.

Excessive noise, especially past 11pm will not be tolerated. As a guest of the property you must be considerate of other guests and other cottages close within proximity on the resort, and other homes or cottages on Baptiste Lake.

Pets are welcome upon pre-approval, prior to your reservation. There are those who are fearful of animals, so pets MUST be leashed at all times and owners MUST respect the poop and scoop practice. Animals are not allowed on the docks unless they are traveling with you in a boat. Continuous barking will not be tolerated and if not stopped, you may be asked to remove the dog and/or vacate the cottage. Any damage resulting from pets will result in a deduction in your security deposit.
